Project Challenge

The project had a tight programme due to local events, funding constraints, and the need to minimise disruption in a busy urban area. Meeting deadlines without compromising quality or safety was critical. The scope included kerbing, asphalt surfacing, traffic infrastructure works including NAL sockets, inspection chambers and service ducts, traffic signage, road markings, and full traffic management including road closures, diversions, temporary traffic signals with off peak and out of hours working all requiring precise coordination to minimise disruption.
